I didnt lose the pot but had to bypass the indicator lines in mine. It was 
at a past QTH, the 100' tower was shunt fed on 160 and a Christmas Tree of 
W2PV-4's were on top for loading. When I replaced the T2X with a Create 
RC5-3A I did the bypassing before installing.
