[Amps] re resonating hv choke in hv power supply

Do check how the choke inductance varies with DC through it. You may find you 
need a slightly bigger cap.
If you get stuck, I may still have some fairly big 0.1mFd 5kV caps. Shipping to 
the US could be a problem, though, although I have a colleague (G8SEK) coming 
over at the end of  October to San Diego
