Im out of them also, they go on Ebay as soon as I pull one out.

The swap requires drilling a new rear hole as well as obtaining an aluminum 
spacer to connect the mounting plate to the tank coil.

Bandswitch arcing can be eliminated by connecting a 10-12pf cap between the 
80-40M positions right at the switch. Either a 1KV or larger mica or a 5KV 
doorknob works. It acts as a snubber for the very high circulating voltage 
caused by the shorted turn effect and is something Measures never could 
understand.

Another cause of switch arcing is cold solder joints at either end of the 
RG-8 shield clamps.
