If you use 8 of them the total C is only ~ 16MF @ 3600V.
Id suggest buying 8 220 MF 450V CDE 381LX series Cornell Dublier caps from
Mouser. Or the 330 MF if you have the room.
The originals only have a total rating of 2850V so what is the actual HV?
Its certainly not 3KV.
