Hi Scott,
  If they'll fit physically, that might be a good spot for a pair of "surplus" 
microwave oven transformers.

  Pull the shunts and run the primaries in series to lower the operating flux, 
lift the grounds from the secondaries and series them with a bridge rectifier.

  Just a thought!
