[Amps] Linear Amps

I wish the local clubs would have building projects for members to learn 
things and not just discuss where is the next lunch party.
There seems to be no one to to teach things like building amps etc. Amps 
would be a simple project to start with and all could use one.
The clubs here in Florida don't do much like that. They just sit around and 
bitch about the the dues and roberts rules of order!!!!!
