Lee, et. al.,
I thought "Heath", whoever they are now, started asserting their
intellectual property rights in the past year and are now chasing the
purveyers of FREE manuals. It does show up on the Vintage Manuals catalog
for $28 (http://www.vintagemanuals.com/VM-catalogue-April-2008.pdf), anyway,
although that list is about a year old.
