[Amps] 3 1/8 inch line to N adaptor wanted

I am looking for an adaptor to go from a 3 1/8 inch flange connector to an N
connector or LC or?? 

I have a large bird dummy load with a 3 1/8 inch flange connector on it and
need to go to something smaller. An ideal adaptor would be like the bird 3
1/8 to QC.
May even be able to make one if someone has some parts.
