You are right Joe, who the hell would ground a center tapped primary on a dual primary transformer??? AN EE? In a message dated 6/3/2010 2:14:30 P.M. Connecting a 120 volt load between the center tap of a primary and one load line is EXACTLY like an autotransformer.
