Click on the "http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/amps"; link on
the bottom of each email.
The web page it takes you to, near the bottom is this text in english: "To
unsubscribe from Amps, get a password reminder, or change your subscription
options enter your subscription email address:"
And on the right of this text is a box that you put your email address in
to. On the right of this box is a button with "unsubscribe or edit options"
simply click on this and follow the on screen instructions.
Unsubscribing the reflector is as easy when you signed up in the first
place.
