[Amps] Added a High voltage power supply choke to my list on EBAY

Keep on finding stuff downstairs - I added a high voltage power supply choke to 
my EBAY listings.

Ebay item #160464655311

It measured out to 20 Henrys (or is that Henry's??).  Can't measure the 
insulation voltage but it does use ceramic insulators.  Was used in the 5 KV 
power supply for the 4-1000A amplifiers I parted out a year ago.
