The 4CX1500B is not good for 2600W out, that is almost the input power
limitation. 1600-1700W out will be fine.
3KV and 0.9A is their limit on the anode.

The 4CX1000A in theory does more power, their limit is 3KV 1A, but then it
is dissipation limited anyway.

The 2m PP amp I built did 2.9KW out with both kind of tubes.

7.    4CX1500B tubes seem to be readily available.
8.    A single 4CX1000A is good for for about 2000 watts out while the 
4CX1500B is good for roughly 2600 watts out (PEP).
