First the 510 has been around a long long time. The 9510 is more recent.
The 510 has much lower on resistance that the 9510 and shorter rise and 
fall times.
Most of all  the 9510 is P channel. Uses a negative drain voltage and the 
510 in N channel (positive drain voltage).
