Hi Alex,
Machlett was an old American manufacturer of some tubes, X-Ray equipment and
other RF thingys.
I believe that they were acquired long ago by some other company.
I've don't recall seeing a RF tube from them other than small planar RF
triodes ie: the 2C39 family.
Likely what's being offered is of Chinese origin with either a licensed, or
pirated, moniker.
