Spec:

Output range: 0-12KV DC.
Output 1: metered 0-100uA@12KV
Output 2: unmetered 0,05A@12KV
Transformer: Neon sign 700 KVA
Voltage: Variac controlled, isolated from chassis
Isolation: nylon isolated 10mm outside chassis
DUT test plate: isolated 10mm nylon
