A suggestion for a place to find small bearings, try www.bocabearings.com   
They might have what you need for replacements,  I use Boca as a source for 
bearings in my R/C helis and airplanes.  they also ship for free.

  Fixing this may be as "simple" (HA!) as pulling the blower, taking it to
  your Friendly Neighborhood Small Electric Motor Repair Shop, and getting
  new bearings put in it. Since you're going to have to pull the blower in
  any event, have you considered that as an option?
