I believe Svetlana still makes 8874/3CX400A7's and it may be a lot cheaper
to source thru Europe.
In a 3 holer Id just plug in a pair of medical pull 3CPX800A7's at $200-300
each and add a filament transformer.
A 2 holer requires sub chassis surgery.

RF Parts has both NOS and current 8874's - neither are cheap but the NOS are
a little cheaper (when they have them). Richardson still shows them.
