Probably extruded HDPE, if it has a greasy, flexible feel to it. Not stable in 
sunlight.  Cast is better, but still not UV stable.

Cast acrylic is not quite *as* cheap, but machines well, is UV stable and 
doesn't   heat much from HF RF anyway.

Small quantities online from Delvie's Plastics and others.
