[Amps] Re Filament Transformer

Chris VE3CEA put me on to a web page that listed a chart from the Handbook 
of Electronic Tables and Formulas for American Wire Gauge.  The chart shows 
that a #18 wire in air and not bundled with a short length can 
conservatively handle up to 16 amps.
