[Amps] Question for Alpha Owners

I am looking for comments from anyone who has field experience in using
Machlett 3CX800A7 tubes in their Alpha compatible amplifiers.  Is the input
impedance different from that of the EIMAC version, any issues or
differences with driving an amp with Machlett tubes installed.etc.  I saw a
similar question on the Alpha forum, but no answer as of yet.
