Agree strongly.  I had considerable email exchanges with Reid just a few months 
ago, and he was most helpful, clear and detailed.  I had never had any 
exchanges with him prior to this; I gathered that since he was a ham (W6MTF), 
he was the go-to guy at CPII whenever a ham had questions.  He was thorough and 
patient.
 
Most unfortunate.  I hope they assign someone else to those duties; whether he 
will or can be "replaced" is another matter.
