Well, its probably similar to me selling Chinese 1000uF and 470uF,
450V/105°C caps and I'm in the mega metropolis of Binningup, Western
Australia.
I just buy'em in bulk and resell them at a small markup and so I end up
getting mine for free. Everybody wins. Simple really.
