[Amps] building an an758 questions

The project is building an an758. I am stuck on T1.

How is T1 connected. The T1 included in the kit is small binocular style 
transformer with 'standard' pcb on the ends. The ends have common foil 
on one end and segmented foil on the other. The foil on the amp has no 
place to solder the binocular. Is this the correct transformer? How 
should T1 be connected to the amp.
