I don't know about the rest of the ham universe, but finding QRO parts at a
less than "equal weight in solid gold" price is a big challenge for me. I
suppose if a guy has a 30 year old well cultivated junk box then they may
not feel the same pain. But it sure seems that getting tech advice from
competent guys is a lot easier by comparison.

I for one wouldnt be very efficient doing amp repairs or construction
without the occassional Ebay or other lead. IMO a lead is a lead be it Ebay
or any other source.
