  Just use torch and melt the solder holding it all together.
The ceramic pieces are silver soldered to each other and
to metal components. It may help to first drill a small hole 
to remove vacuum so it will easily fall apart when you melt the 
solder.

Are you sure the tube does not use beryllium?
