Is SFR a typo? SRF is a prefix used by Motorola for custom parts.
I don't know if Freescale use it for their new generation FETs, or
whether M/A Com carried on using it for the legacy line they took
over.
What shape and size are the transistors, how many in each circuit?

I have bought from an Australian ham pair of assembled 4Z4RB pallets with
SFR 1930Q Fets
I cannot find any information on the boards or the fets (datasheet)
Have searched web to no avail
Any help very appreciated
