Just put an additional 450 volt capacitor in series to increase the safety

Would these caps be safe to use in an amp PS?

Samsung 120 mfd  at 450 volt 105c

Would this # EIAJD0160 reveal the date code?

Or best not to mess with anything below 500v?

The Clipperton L manual says 100uF @ 500v, the ones
in there are 125uF @ 500v.
