Looks like you've moved ahead but Condenser Products in Brooksville, FL is
still making the same replacement oil caps, apparently from the same
facility down the from the old Alpha plant prior to ETO moving to Colorado
in the mid/late '70s.  

I ordered one last week (P/N MOC5M35ES) for an Alpha PA-70A that was
manufactured in 1970 (S/N 002).  The new cap is 35uF/5KV and fits inside the
70A, 70V, 77, 77D, 77Dx, and 77Sx.  Price was $450.  Yep, a helluva' lot
more than a string of Mil-Spec 'lytics and equalizing resistors.  Looks like
it's the same cap for the 374 , but if not, they can manufacture it for
folks who want originality over cost/performance of top-grade 'lytics.
