[Amps] Alpha 78 No HV

My Alpha 78 no longer reads HV but is still working but at lower power it 
seems.  Drawing plate and grid current.  Seems normal but maybe half power and 
NO HV on the Multimeter.  Any ideas of where to start before I take it off the 
bench?
