As a 40 year AM broadcast engineer, I can't remember a single pull
that hadn't already dropped output below 70%.
And then, those pulls were kept on a shelf for emergency backup or to use as
"soft" tubes for testing a cranky transmitter.

Where do you guys get your tube pulls?
I see many, many mentions of pulls from medical or other devices,
but I have never seen these offered. Have they dried up? Or
do they all go up on eBay at crazy prices?
