Is there a documented log-in procedure for setting bias? I haven't done it
since early last year and no longer have my notes.

The plate current should be set to 150ma with no rf plus or minus 10ma. 150
is your target bias.

My 9500 idles at 76 mA with 3620 VDC on the plate.
It was built in October 2014 but since I am the second owner I don't know if
the tube is still the original or not. Most likely it is.
