Well that’s strange Brad as Glenn AE0Q at Alpha RF Systems told me that it
should be 130 ma but I suppose that 10 or 20 ma won’t make that much difference?
Is it possible for you to guide us to set the bias using the software?

The plate current should be set to 150ma with no rf plus or minus 10ma. 150 is
your target bias.

My 9500 idles at 76 mA with 3620 VDC on the plate.
It was built in October 2014 but since I am the second owner I don't
know if the tube is still the original or not. Most likely it is.
