Yep. Transmitter power. So antenna gain can be whatever you can get. Same on
our other bands. We can run legal limit with an amp, but we can get more gain
by using a beam. There is a difference between ERP and PEP. The ERP is
EFFECTIVE radiated power. 100 watts into a no gain antenna is an ERP of 100
watts. A 3 db gain antenna gives you an ERP of 200 watts into a no gain
antenna. PEP is the peak power out of the transmitter. That's why qrp ops put
a lot of effort into antennas, to get a stronger signal without having to
increase transmitter power.

On the ARRL Page it states,
30 Meters
Maximum power, 200 watts PEP. Amateurs must avoid interference to the fixed
service outside the US.
Now is that Input Power? Output Power, or ERP Power?
