The power output the amplifier is capable of is not regulated. However, no
amateur radio operator can legally operate the equipment at more than
1500-watts peak power output except, of course, on the 30-meter band or on
bands that effective radiated power are restricted and the effective radiated
power would be in excess of the maximum in the regulations.
