Quoting the FCC doesn't make a bit of difference regarding the OP's
original question about his amp. It's completely up to him to make sure he
is operating within the standards of his country's policies and therefore
should not be policed on this reflector. Anyone that doesn't know what
"PEP" is shouldn't be commenting at all. My personal opinion.
