Is there any real data published on those caps? Were they designed for RF,
pulse, or DC bypassing? If RF what are the current ratings at various
frequencies?
An example of the wrong cap for the job is the plate blocking cap in the
SB-220 family which showed problems at least back to the 80's.

I have bought several Russian doorknobe on eBay and they worked great
and prices were reasonable. Russian military stuff is built like a
