it's not just the two quiet fans on the HUGH heat sink assembly,,,, truly a unique design ....

724 DAYS    QUITE COOL  very quiet receiver... & love the third preamp on 6 ...&   many step attenuation...

you can VNC the entire set of screens from a computer  or tablet.... via wifi, Ethernet //// VERY REMOTABLE

TO SAY THE AMP IS QUIET IS A LARGE UNDERSTATEMENT...      unlike any of the jet engine equipped LDMOS amps.

As far as a comparison, I was just looking for the beginning of the thread,,, with the B26 RF kit in the subject line, and any info provided.

Bill thanks for the link. I see 'Elecraft K4' highly emphasized in font size, reflects

perhaps your waiting time ?  What do you think, does the K4 meet expectation's ?

The amp probably uses a better quality quiet fans like Noctua etc ?

Does it have PC control to allow remote use ?

been following this thread for a while... still waiting to see a comparison of KPA VS  RF-KIT .

I do know MY RFkit is sitting directly in front of me in my console...and makes some noise at FT8 800-1000 watts,, some , not even a lot. On SSB I don't even hear the fans. The Huawai 3KW PS is 96% efficient to start... The pallet has a VERY different heat sink arrangement.

##  90 deg C ?   wtf?
  90 deg C = 194 deg F !

##  Are u sure abt this ?   That's stupid for a LDMOS device. What is
the ambient temp in the shack when this is  going on ?
