Excuse me for addressing the group on this topic again. I was vague and offered 
insinuation instead of just saying the truth. In the U.S., there is no such 
thing as an illegal RF amplifier regardless of what frequency it is designed 
for, or how someone else thinks it might be used. This is called "Freedom" and 
I'm sorry if some folks disagree with that. Lots more could be said, but that's
