You might reach out to this fellow since you are on the west coast and see if 
he can help or point you in the right direction.
At one time, Magnaspec was making transformers for Henry when the ECA units 
quality became unreliable.

Figure about a buck a pound to ship it both ways, so finding a local place for 
you will help with costs. It may turn our that just buying a new one is close 
to (or less) than the cost to ship x 2 a rewound unit.
