The internet ham-radio newsgroup has had some discussion about the new British novice license class. Apparently, the +code Novice license allows some HF priviledges with low power, using calls beginning with "2" (i.e. 2E1XYZ). Does anyone know exactly what HF priviledges they have ? Has anyone actually worked a 2E ? I want more DX contest QSO's ! 73, Steve, N2IC/0 |
