Yup, they're on!

The last two years, I've worked one or two on 10 in each SSB DX contest, all
with 2E0 prefixes (and A**) suffixes. It isn't the gold mine like 15M JAs or
USA Novices - at least not yet...

And since they're only QRP (I think), you'll never hear them in Colorado,
Steve! (Yet another geographic advantage for W1 - 2 QSOs per year into
England!)
