One thought I haven't seen in the 100W discussion is its possible
affect on the non-contesting community's view of us. We are a
minority and, I believe, not a particularly well liked one. An across
the board limit to 100W might not be necessary from 
their point of view yet, but unless we have more success 
recruiting contesters it's something we might have to consider
some day.
