It means only that we should not go gently into a sub-1500-watt night.
It also means that if we embark upon a course of attempting to placate
contest haters by deliberately emasculating ourselves (whether through
limitations on power, spectrum, towers, or what have you) we'd better
be alert to, and prepared for, the ultimate destination to which such a
course might lead.
