    Sorry for being deaf on low bands, I discovered sunday evening that

Beverage antenna was broken and lying on ground. I just repaired it for
the last 3 hours (under rain and wind obviously ...).

Excellent question!  I also have a sore butt this week and will consider 
a new chair as my next "ham radio" expense.  I don't have the answer to 
your question, but to hope to see some from other readers of your query..

This was the first test of the TH7-DXX in a DX contest at its new "towering" 
elevation of 35 feet.  For the past five years the antenna has been on a
