On Sunday you were spotted on the cluster over here as TI7M....
since we didn't have TI on 20 meters CT flashed new multiplier at
me and I quickly QSYed, I landed on your frequency mid-excghange
and heard you sending your zone.
I realized what had happened even before you signed your call
going back to my CQ frequency...don't know if that qualifies as a
highlight! The cluster is very helpful but sometimes very

Heh, heh, heh. I knew I had addressed my mouse squeels to the right guy.
Only you have been there & done that. Like...hearing N4BP pounding in
here like my neighbor, giving my s-meter needle whiplash, and desparetely
needing SFL; only to call him on three or four different occasions and
(HONESTLY) about TWO HUNDRED TIMES before he answered me on the second
evening. That did it!
Well, I'll only qualify for a Tiparillo, but that's better than nicotine gum!
Anyway, perhaps we could invent a new "Smoke Signal" or "Light Beam"
class. I probably could have done just about as well. Maybe you drive to
the top of a big hill and flash your high-beams across the valley for
multiplier credit or something.

Reference my comments to Danny Eskanazi on my reported QRP score. Also...
I just wanted to tell you a couple of things that ought to help you know
the true effectiveness of your station:
As far as I can see, in terms of getting OUT, you are kicking some very
serious buns. During the first 150 to 175 times I called you without a
response, I summarily determined that you either had bad ears, or there
was some problem with your receiving antenna (or maybe lots of hot
weather Florida QRN). Seriously, you probably would have worked twice as
many people if you were hearing them. There is absolutely no doubt in my
mind that your flame-thrower was heard by them! Perhaps you could try
even a short beverage? I have one 550 foot beverage snaking up and down
hills, through the woods . You wouldn't believe how much even that one
unterminated junker helps on noisy nites.
Anyway...have faith. Your signal is torking my S-meter needle. Just get
better "ears" on that rig, and you will be hard to handle.
