I bought the Softwave computer receiver at Dayton '94, for about
$1300, if I recall correctly. It came in June, without all the
things it was said to do at the Dayton booth. But a version 2
software disk was to come in a month or so. Ok. But, after
two or three months I checked: the founders were quarreling, and
eventually one sued the other, and the little company and product
disappeard, along with the Dayton promises! Buyer beware of the
first several months of a new product.
Amen to the comments about using the mouse to control sliders on
the computer screen. A complete mess and disappoinment.
Anyone want to buy the set up? Full size card goes in your
shack computer; separate rcvr box software disk and manuals.
