I agree. Some of the newer ops I speak to have admited to me that they may listen to the exchange for 5 or 6Qs before they are confident enough to call! A "nr?" at 40+ baffles them! I have found a slower CQ may attract more Qs on a Sunday afternoon than a fast one!
