[CQ-Contest] Where was Zone 2 on 40 (and maybe other bands)?

Worked 34 zones on 40 this weekend, but never heard zone 2!
The webcluster only shows 2 or 3 spots on all bands for this
zone. On 40, where I spent the contest, zones seemed a bit
meager this year, but missing zone 2 is ridiculous.
