I agree. Nevertheless, I think I finally discovered the main reason (at
least here in LU) why people refuses to make what they think will be a
duplicate QSO. Seems, because of language problems, the rule that states
that if a log has more than 3% of duplicates UNMARKED, that log can be
disqualified. Many guys here doesen't understand that you can make as many
dupes as you like as long as you mark those in your log.
So, when you get a sri qso b4 answer that could be the reason.
PS: I believe that stupid is a little strong word in this case.
