For me this is a clear violation of the "one signal at a time" rule.

At the Friedrichshafen Hamvention I heard even better stories about
a well-known SE European M/S. They more or less do a regular M/M and
put their band logs together to an allband log after the contest.
They overcome the 10-min rules by changing the times on the different
bands in a way so that they get 10-min packets of QSOs. When they called
me on 160 in WPX CW at 28WPM I was wondering how they could be 1500 QSOs
ahead of me!
